Cotney Construction Law Named General Counsel to Roofing Contractors Association of Washington

Tacoma, Washington, July 10, 2020 – Cotney Construction Law (CCL) is pleased to announce that they have been recently named General Counsel of the Roofing Contractors Association of Washington (RCAW). As General Counsel, Cotney will provide proactive legal support to the association with regard to the organizational structure, bylaws, operations, and governance policies, in addition to member benefits that include access to webinars, articles, and monthly consultations.

Since 1965, the Roofing Contractors Association of Washington has worked to improve the roofing industry. Their membership base consists of residential and commercial contractors, manufacturers, distributors, and industry professionals. RCAW strives to bring fresh ideas, education, and passion to support the roofing industry in Washington State.  It is their mission to help members find success and raise the roofing industry to new heights.

In conjunction with the RCAW General Counsel position, Cotney Construction Law has also opened an office in the Tacoma area to service Washington State contractors.
