Hilary Morgan Named General Counsel to National Women in Roofing

Senior Associate Attorney Hilary Morgan of Cotney Construction Law was recently named General Counsel of National Women in Roofing, Inc. (NWIR). Morgan previously served as chair of NWIR’s Governance Committee. As General Counsel, Morgan will provide key legal guidance on corporate structure & bylaws, board of director operations, regulatory compliance, and governance policies.

“National Women in Roofing is a great group that serves as a platform for women in roofing to grow both personally and professionally,” stated Hilary Morgan.  “I’m excited for this opportunity to work with the organization in a greater capacity.”
