Hilary Morgan Selected as Finalist for ABC Young Professional of the Year

Cotney Construction Law, a leading national law firm for construction, specialty trades, and OSHA law, is proud to announce that Senior Associate Attorney Hilary Morgan was selected as one of the three finalist for the 2017 Associated Builders and Contractors Young Professional of the Year Award.

Morgan’s practice includes all aspects of construction law including lien law, surety bond law, litigation, arbitration, construction defect, contract review and drafting, licensing, bid protests and OSHA defense. When she is not advocating for the construction industry in the courtroom, Morgan is promoting the industry through programs and organizations like ABC’s NEXGEN and National Women in Roofing.

The Young Professionals Program aims to shape the future of our industry by supporting the growth of professionals under the age of 40 who are employed by ABC member companies. The winner will be announced on November 8th at the ABC Future Leaders Award Luncheon in Orlando, Florida. Other finalists are Justin Baker, Executive Vice President at Gaylor Electric and Joshua Mauney, President of both Paragon Building Group & Paragon Safety Group Inc.
