- Limited: Qualifies the holder as a general contractor of projects valued up to $500,000
- Intermediate: Qualifies the holder as a general contractor of projects valued up to $1,000,000
- Unlimited: Qualifies the holder as a general contractor on projects of any value
The Board requires contractor licenses to be renewed annually by December 31. If not renewed, the license is considered expired. Failing to renew a license within 60 days of its expiration renders the license invalid. Once this happens, you are considered unlicensed and any work you do can place you at risk for legal action.
