Roscoe Green Named General Counsel to the National Association of Minority Contractors Central FL Chapter

Orlando, Florida, September 20, 2018 – Attorney Roscoe Green of Cotney Attorneys & Consultants was recently named General Counsel of the National Association of Minority Contractors (NAMC) Central Florida Chapter. As General Counsel, Roscoe will provide a number of pro bono legal services to the association’s board of directors with regard to the organizational structure, governance policies, operations, and bylaws.

Roscoe Green practices in all areas of construction law, including construction litigation, contract disputes, construction defects, bid protests, payment disputes, delay claims, and lien & bond claims. Roscoe is a certified general contractor in the State of Florida and holds a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering. As a minority contractor himself, Roscoe understands the need for a group like NAMC to help create relationships and address industry concerns of minority contractors.
