Cotney Construction Law Named General Counsel for TARC
The Tennessee Association of Roofing Contractors (TARC) recently named Cotney Construction Law as General Counsel. As General Counsel, Cotney Construction Law will provide a variety of pro bono legal services to the association, including legal guidance on corporate structure, corporate bylaws, regulatory compliance, and governance policies.
